Entry Fee: $20.00 for competitors (must have USATF membership card #) , spectators are FREE.
T-shirts : ALL competitors registered by Dec. 20th will recieve a meet t-shirt. No late fee if registered after deadline, but you won't get a t-shirt.
Pit and Runway Specs: Elite Athletics Olympic Pit, 53" wide x 140' long SuperX Mondo Runway. (1/4 inch spikes max)
Concessions : Hot Cocoa, Sports Drinks, Bottled Water

TENTATIVE MEET SCHEDULE
The meet will begin at 1:00pm on a "rolling" schedule allowing up to 45 minutes warm-up for each group between competitions.

ALL Events will be contested on our MAIN Runway
12:00am Registration and Check-in (have USATF #)
1:00pm OW, OM, HSB1, HSG1, HSB2
3:30pm BB, BG, JHG, HSG2, JHB

Glenwood is about 20 minutes from our facility. Mt. Ida is about 10 minutes from here. Hot Springs is about an hour away.
